The product had a robust proposal but needed a structured experience that translated this complexity into clarity.
I was hired as a design consultant to create the entire web platform from scratch, defining architecture, flows, and interface.
The challenge was to transform a multifunctional solution into a simple, coherent, and scalable experience.
My Role
I acted as a Product Design consultant responsible for:
Structuring the information architecture of the platform
Mapping journeys of different user profiles (managers and employees)
Creating main flows
Developing the complete layout of the platform
Defining the visual system and interface standards
Delivering structured documentation for development
My role was to connect business strategy with clarity of experience.
Main Challenges
Integrate multiple pillars (behavioral profile, EAD, AI Coach, and gamification) into a cohesive experience
Avoid cognitive overload on a data-rich platform
Organize reports and dashboards in a comprehensible way
Create a visual identity that conveys technology and trust
Structure a foundation prepared for future evolution
The risk was to create a powerful system that was difficult to use.
Solutions
Discovery
The initial phase focused on strategic understanding:
Alignment with stakeholders on product vision and goals
Mapping of user profiles
Benchmarking of LMS platforms and human development tools
Gathering of prioritized features
The main insight was that the platform needed to be organized by user goals, not by technical categories.
Ideation
Based on the learnings:
I structured the information architecture prioritizing real tasks
I created low-fidelity wireframes in Figma
I organized the main navigation by areas of value (performance, learning, reports)
I defined design principles: clarity, modularity, and scalability
Structural simplification was a priority before visual construction.
Prototyping & Testing
Development of navigable prototypes in Figma
Simulation of critical flows (access to reports, courses, performance evolution)
Validation with stakeholders
Iterative adjustments to improve clarity and hierarchy
The focus was to ensure that each screen could be understood in a few seconds.
Delivery
In the final phase:
I structured final layouts with visual consistency
I created reusable components
I organized documentation for development
I defined standards that allowed for future scalability
The platform was delivered with a solid foundation for continuous growth.
