TempoOk is a company focused on technological solutions for management and operational control.
Within its ecosystem of products, TokView plays a strategic role: it centralizes information and offers visibility for decision-making.
The product was already in use but presented challenges related to:
Visual complexity
Difficulty reading data
Excess information on screen
Poor intuitive navigation
Low efficiency in executing critical tasks
I was hired to work on the redesign of specific functionalities of TokView, focusing on improving usability, clarity, and operational efficiency.
My Role
I acted as a Product Designer responsible for:
Analyzing existing flows
Identifying usability friction
Redesigning critical functionalities
Restructuring information hierarchy
Creating a new visual proposal for specific areas
Delivering layouts ready for implementation
My focus was to optimize the experience without compromising the product's functional robustness.
Main Challenges
Improve the readability of dashboards and operational data

Evolve the interface without breaking the familiarity of existing users

Discovery
The initial step involved:
Analysis of the current flow of functionalities
Identification of friction points
Conversations with stakeholders to understand operational pains
Benchmarking products focused on dashboards and data visualization
The main insight was that the problem was not a lack of functionality, but organization and hierarchy.
Ideation
Based on the learnings:
I restructured the information hierarchy
I organized data by decision priority
I simplified visual components
I reduced redundant elements
I defined more consistent navigation standards
Prototyping & Testing
Development of high-fidelity prototypes
Simulation of real usage scenarios
Fine-tuning of spacing, contrast, and organization
Refinement of reusable components

In the final phase:
I delivered organized and documented layouts
I standardized components for future consistency
I worked aligned with the technical team to ensure fidelity in implementation
The redesign was conducted incrementally, respecting the existing foundation.
